After-Hours Vehicle Drop Off/Pick Up
Sometimes auto repair needs arise long after most auto repair shops have closed. With after-hours drop off services, you leave your car at the mechanics shop for repair even if the shop has closed. You simply fill out a Drop-Off Form and drop it and your keys in a drop box on the office door. We will contact you when your car is ready or when we need additional information. At Ted's Auto Clinic Inc., we value your convenience and that is why we offer after-hours drop off services. A completed Drop-Off Form will help our technicians diagnose any problems.
Local Ride Service
Dropping off your car with us for the day and need a ride? Ted?s Auto Clinic offers a local shuttle service. Simply mention that you need a ride when you call or message to schedule your appointment. There is also a CTA bus route within a block of the shop (bus number
152).
Waiting Room
Ted's Auto Clinic has a climate controlled waiting room, with
complementary; hot coffee, cold beverages, snacks, television, a clean
restroom, and free Wi-Fi (ask the front desk for login information).

I did it because I felt like the dealership was making up things that were wrong with my car just to make money. So I looked up auto shops near me and this place had good reviews so I figured I’d try it out. Right away I clicked with George in the office. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and we vibed on the show Seinfeld. I told him I needed a Puddy except don’t steal my car😂 He kept my car for a 1/2 day to check for anything that concerned him as well as fixed my brake light that the dealership said would cost thousands. When all was said and done he fixed everything and gave me a few tips for less than 5% of what the dealership was going to charge me. I’m now a loyal customer and will most definitely refer anyone that needs an auto shop here! If you are reading this review and are debating trying them out, just go in and talk to George and I’m sure you’ll see what I’m talking about!
